Developed process for simultaneous creation of student books, teacher’s edition and videos to accommodate compact timeline and limited resources.

Oversaw and tracked the development, revision, conversion, and QA of more than 6,000 test questions.

Managed $500,000 video project for LSAT Course Revision, creating more than 100 educational hours of film.
