Boasting 1,500 square feet of living space spread over 1 1/2 stories,

the original Woodcrest Residence had limited potential as a family home.
In planning for this expansion and renovation, we considered the size
of the lot on which the home is set. The boundary lines to either side
of the lot, paired with the municipalities setback line requirements,
would not allow us to add the needed space on the ground level, so
instead, we built up.
