Arias Apartment

Our project is developed from a volume of vertical circulation, which as it ascends to the second of them, becomes a plot of vegetation that discreetly wraps and accompanies those who walk through it to forget the chaos generated by the City.

The second volume is located on the roof floor of the Room House, which functions as the foundation for the new project and the first home of one of the Children of Marriage who owns the building.

The East façade of the second volume is made up of a window that has a dual purpose. The first of them, to serve as a stage at dawn and the second, to give rhythm through its segments to the course of activities that take place inside the volume.

Two interior gardens are born as narrative and contemplation elements of the succession of time, in them the natural environment is expressed through its multiple forms, its colors, its different states of mind throughout the seasons, thus generating, a perfect setting for reflection.

The aesthetics of the project take shape in the display and sequence of its golden section, the relationship of proportion between its elements results in a delicate harmony that links all its elements, not only with each other, but also with their voids.

The chosen materials are presented in their natural form, concrete, steel and natural wood, forming in their own essence the range of colors and textures of the project.
