NATURE IS THE FUTURE
Open office space were generally designed for efficiency of collaborative environment. Spacious, modern and open concept spaces became popular in modern office designs. However, recent studies show that open-floor workspaces may not increase efficiency and productivity as much as expected. With a large open space there will most likely be distractions and very little privacy.
To remedy this, the design team will implement three different strategies to ensure acoustical privacy as needed
1. Partial isolation of spaces with walls or panels
2. Acoustical consideration on ceiling
3. Interior finishes that dampen echoes
According to rising demands in sustainability and environmental quality, this office space will emulate the futuristic and naturalism environment. To accomplish this, we will brighten up the space and bring in nature with an accented neutral color scheme that includes fluorescent green and several of its shades, various metals, and white. This will create an contrasting effect that will give the space a futuristic vibe.
