Proyecta Diseño is a luxury interior design firm specializing in

hospitality design. I have had the privilege of working as both a
designer and project manager, overseeing various projects and
managing the overall budget and scope of each endeavor within
the administrative area of the company.

At Proyecta Diseño,I had the opportunity to work as a project manager and handle
workshop and project coordination. I facilitated seamless collaboration between the design team, contractors, and suppliers. I oversaw workshops to foster innovative design solutions and coordinated project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
