The house is located on elevated site with 2 meters difference. Retaining wall under one part of a building reserves the possibility to use the remaining space for a spacious working studio. The main condition for the design was the use of the roof space accommodation on one level with terrace overlooking the forest and the roof on the second floor under the sun platform and the technical area for the placement of solar panels.
