Smart Asset Management ( “SAM” ) is a real estate asset management, investment and development firm founded in 2009 by Michael S. Chang. SAM was initially formed as the comprehensive investor relation arm of Top Properties Corporation, an all-inclusive property management and brokerage company operating since 1998.
