Located in 5th Street & Farmer Avenue in Tempe, The Beam on Farmer is the first cross-laminated timber office building in Arizona and offers a contactless experience from your ‘car to cube.’ Redefining the workplace and setting the standards for healthy buildings, this new Class-A, five-story office feature 184,000 square feet of flexible, open floorplates and an adjacent parking structure for users.
Cross-laminated timber is a wood product that combines layers of natural timber to create a defined and eco-friendly experience. The Beam on Farmer is a marriage of solid timber, concrete, steel and glass, giving it a natural wood aesthetic with a modern yet vintage vibe.
In close collaboration with the façade contractor, SKYLINE FACADES offered Concept Design, Shop Drawings and Façade Structural Calculations for the Curtain Walls and Window Walls.
