This is a project during my 3rd year of undergraduate school at California Polytechnic University - Pomona for multi-family residential housing. The project maximizes connectivity within its users as well as open space. Structure, MEP, and code compliance was a focus on the design. The design was also a large part of the project to provide a sustainable yet personable.
