I am a dedicated, licensed Architect with over 15 years of experience in the design, documentation, management, and administration of projects and contracts in the architecture field. Through my talent, hard work, leadership, and commitment to quality, I have already had many great opportunities. I would prefer to continue my career in a location closer to family and friends. I am in search of a progressive architecture organization that is equally dedicated to quality project delivery, client and employee satisfaction, and design excellence.

While at the same firm for over 10 years, the last two were in the smallest office, with more focus on smaller projects with clients such as GSA and Stanford University. These projects presented new challenges requiring different managerial skills to stay on schedule and budget. Also spent significant time on workshare between offices - working remotely as Project Manager and Project Architect with staff in three other locations. More involved in Office Management, Operations, manpower allocation, and proposals.

RIM Architects, LLC, Anchorage, AK, US, Associate
Worked in project acquisition and delivery as Project Manager, Project Architect, and lead designer for firm of 40+ with multiple Pacific Rim locations. As Project Manager, effectively led teams of three to 12 involved in concept through construction document delivery and including architectural construction administration services, while establishing and maintaining project budgets. Served as primary contact with client and design team establishing project requirements, construction budgets, project schedules, and quality control criteria. Led multiple projects simultaneously and established myself as the go-to to deliver projects on tight budgets and short schedules. As Project Architect and designer, worked through all aspects of design and project delivery, from concept sketches and renderings to details and documents. Highly experienced in code analysis and obtaining required permits, and have participated in several office design charettes and reviews. Most often sought for my technical knowledge of products, materials, and details.
