Administration Building is an 88,000 SF and  $13 Million construction budget (Admin. Bldg. Only).

This building is part of a 7 structure Public Works project. Responsible for design of all structures on site. Also produced CD’s and provided CA services.

Developed program and analyzed spatial relationships per user needs and requirements. Created building concept incorporating five public works department offices, common spaces and structure housing 55+ vehicles surrounded by shops into a single building. Detailing and material selection designed to reinforce design concept.
