Hello, my name is Stephanie and I'm currently on the path to licensure!

Drafting Design Development documents to assist the Senior Designers for small and large retail tenant improvement projects, some clients include Amazon, Whole Foods Market and Vallarta Supermarket. Other retail establishments include breweries, food halls, cafes, coffee shops, dispensaries, restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Working primarily in AutoCAD and SketchUp to complete a design development set for submittal to the architects on record, clients and other consultants.

Designing retail decor, signage, millwork and custom furniture to assist the Associate Creative Director for the previously mentioned clients and establishments. Working primarily in SketchUp and Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to complete a design package for the in-house fabrication team.

Occasionally assisting the in-house production service and fabrication team to create shop drawings for millwork and installation plans. Working primarily in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator to complete individual shop drawings to include in the complete Shop Drawing Sets.

Currently the primary office contact for all samples for materials and finishes, and to coordinate with sales reps from various companies being specified for projects. In addition, I am also in charge of organizing and setting up presentations with sales reps and vendors for Lunch & Learn or Happy Hour events.

Assisted the Job Captain and Project Managers to complete a set of construction drawings primarily using AutoCAD for various mixed-use and multi-family buildings. Assisted in creating office drawing standards and updating the company logo.

Assisted the Design Principal and Lead Architect in creating Design Review Packages for various custom single family homes in the San Gabriel Valley region. Primarily used Revit to pick up redlines for plans, elevations and sections and used Adobe Illustrator to create digital material boards and presentation for submittal to the city. Picked up and dropped off plans from several city building and planning divisions.

The Bronze Medal is awarded by the individual chapters of Tau Sigma Delta to students who have distinguished themselves in design in the field of architecture, landscape architecture, or the allied arts.

Students are entered in a competition to design a functioning light fixture.
