We look for creative ways to improve and preserve landscapes, improve water flow and enhance views. As experienced landscape architects, we provide assessment, restoration, mitigation design, and planning for wetlands, streams and waterfront properties.
Often, Landscape architecture projects (new landscape construction and renovations) may require Wetlands and Watercourses permitting and approvals. We assist clients with Federal, State and local permitting. Our reputation with municipalities is exceptional because of our outstanding documentation and strong community relationships. To expedite the permitting process we take a pro-active approach, keeping the lines of communication open between building, planning and zoning departments, clients, and other specialized consultants while providing well-organized, clear and concise documentation. Upon receiving approvals, we offer construction observation to assist that the projects are installed to design intent.
