The purpose of this design studio was to design a new primary school for children aged from 6 to 12 years old, located near the historical center of the city of Thessaloniki. A third year design studio in masters program for a diploma in architecture engineering which took place from September of 2018 till February of 2019.

 Our idea centered in the creation of a closed spline which would coordinate the educational space according to the school's needs. Following various open plan prototypes which differentiates very much from the Greek guideline, we designed a whole educational space for teaching as one space with many clusters, each and every area of the new proposal is a part of a whole system which allows smooth transitions from more enclosed spaces to more freely designed spaces for students and teachers both.
