4 Custom homes designed to mimic the housing typologies that can be found throughout Los Angeles.  The challenge was to manage the client's budget as well as maintain the integrity of the Mt Washington neighborhood.  The 4 adjacent lots are tri-level mountain homes designed to fit into a 35 degree slope and each have multiple decks and captured views of the city.
