Crowne Plaza Hotel, Maple Cross
A new 4* hotel providing 222 guestrooms, health club, banquet hall, meeting suite, bar and restaurant with a 300 space decked car park. 

Whitechapel Student Housing, East London
187 self contained studios and study bedrooms located close to the City arranged in three self contained buildings. 

Riverside Quarter, Wandsworth – Phase III
400 new dwellings, 160,000sq.ft of commercial, retail and  leisure facilities.  Overlooking the River Thames, this project provides a mix of contemporary private and affordable housing with commercial and retail space creating a truly mixed use development.

M:Hotel, Landsberger Strasse, Munich
A 650 bed hotel, designed to be franchised to three independent hotel brands making use of a central conference facility and combined back of house space.  

Travelodge Excel, London
A contemporary 133 bed hotel that forms the initial phase of the Royals Business Park Regeneration Area.

Cricklewood Gate, North London
470 new dwellings with retail and commercial space at ground floor, forming a strategic site within the Brent Cross / Cricklewood Regeneration Area. 

Marriott Executive Apartments, City of London
118 high quality serviced apartments within a complex of 10 individual listed buildings set around Whitbreads historic Brewery Courtyard in the City of London.
