_Assist with schematic, design development and construction documentation.
_Produce renderings for client presentations.
_Work collaboratively with the Principal Architect on multiple feasibility studies to develop cost-effective and efficient renovation strategies, and provide the clients with a clear project scope with drawings and detailed written report.
_Provide liaison, coordination and communication between the client, consultants, and equipment manufacturers.
_Participate in design meetings with the client, user groups and consultants; record minutes, follow up on action items.
