From June to August, I had the opportunity to work at a deli located inside of a local supermarket. During this time, I honed my customer service skills, interacting with a diverse range of customers and ensuring their needs were met with friendly and efficient service. I gained hands-on experience in food preparation, adhering to health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. I also assisted with inventory management, ensuring the deli was well-stocked with fresh ingredients. This experience was great for me as it enhanced my multitasking and communication skills and taught me a lot about a work environment.
