Cote St. Luc Townhouse

When I first met with my client, a Government Advisor, I knew immediately what she was looking for: a sanctuary from the rush and noise of the outside world. She wanted tranquility—but not boredom.  Respite and relaxation—and elegance (beauty).. I also knew that I would have to take radical steps to open up the space for a fresh new look and flowing energy.  And I was determined to achieve this goal of eliminating clutter without going to the Spartan extreme.

New unified “modern classic” art deco (replica) furnishings, exquisitely stylish yet comfortable, refined, and carefully selected “objets d’art” were chosen to keep the space welcoming without losing the essence of Zen.
In all rooms, design elements gracefully stand out against the understated monochromatic soft, earthy grey background—visually inviting details that help the mind stay focused and calm.
I believes that an extraordinary home is simply a frame for an extraordinary life and I love to provide this for my clients. This townhouse blends visionary design, passionate consideration to detail and unique artistic touches to create impeccably clean lines that cultivate a calm, clear, pure, wide-open attitude of mind.
