I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture and passed the Licensure Examination for Architect last January 2006. I worked as an Architect at JFRA Design Group in Quezon City, Philippines for almost four years with different projects including site planning, residential, schools, churches and commercial stores such as salon stores, commissary and restaurants as its specialization. I gained knowledge from conceptualization to preparation of preliminary plans and production of complete working drawings for Building Permit as well as meeting the client in presenting architectural finishes and costing to meet their requirements.
I have been employed for two years as Design Technician 3 on Tricon Food Services Consultants and Fondue Consultants for a year as Senior Design Technician both which specializes in designing Front and Back of house Kitchen/ restaurants of Hotels like Dubai Mall, Motor City, Sofitel Palm Jumierah, Qatar Airways, Yas Island and many others. Above projects are special services in the field of Architecture, where scope of work starts from providing schematic design to detailed design in relevance to the requirements, room data sheets and specification of each hotel projects. Enclosed also is the production of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services.
Due to economic downturn of Dubai, Singapore opened a window for me. Have work with Bo Steiber lighting Design, LionCity Construction Pte Ltd and previously in Capstone Construction Pte Ltd as Architectural Coordinator which covered the projects plan review, documentation,drawings and coordination being main contractors representative towards project owner, client and consultants. Which enhance my knowledge and multi-tasking ability to deal with different types of people in construction industry.
