Siwei Shen is a candidate of Master of Architecture in Rhode Island School of Design. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Wuhan University, China. 

The main focus and interests of Siwei are architecture and urbanism. Technologies exploited in transcending the scales and spaces from urban design to architecture design stimulates most of her explorations. The imagine of the future makes the realms of fantasy be practical. On the other hand, with full respect of history and context embedded in each specific location, the transformation is never under-considerations, to meets the needs of constantly changing future and diversity from it's everlasting past, and to be themselves simultaneously.
