The client has a family of Doctors with expertise in various  departments. He has planned to bring them all under one roof with this project. It is a 140 bed hospital on a plot of 28,000 sq.ft. (2.5 FAR) and permissible built-up area of 147,961. It is a G+7 structure.

The Site being very tight with roads on three side, It was a challenge to design the three main departments i.e. Main entrance services, Emergency and Out-Patient Department on Ground floor, efficiently. With limited area and financial constraints of client, It was a tough task overall, but the most difficult phase was when the decision for not constructing the 7th floor was taken. This warranted a change in all floor plans to retain the proposed number of beds.
