I am a recent graduate (May 2019) form Syracuse University School of Architecture and School of Liberal Arts (History). Having developed strong digital, and communication skills through extensive coursework and varied internship experiences, I am looking forward to the opportunity to apply these skills.

Interning with Talati Panthaky Associates, a medium-sized firm in Mumbai, offered me the opportunity to further my skills. The firm specializes in hotels, hospitals, resorts, high-end residential and multi-family housing. I was exposed to a myriad of tasks, encompassing all the phases of building - from going on site-visits to creating its construction document sets; developing schematic designs, drafting plans, interior layouts choosing and display of art pieces, furniture and fabric layouts (collaborating with Rimadesio, Polifrom, Pottery Barn, Giorgetti, Chihuly, etc.). While working on architecture projects, I often found myself asking questions and having discussions about architecture and architectural theory with my co-workers. Working alongside project managers helped me understand the importance of initiative, client-relations, time management, and organization.

Attached is a copy of my resume and work samples for your review. The sample pages demonstrate my proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Rhino, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. I enjoy hand drafting, painting, experimenting with different media and sketching to aid my schematic design process. Studying abroad in London and a two-month research program under Professor Richard Rosa in Europe has helped strengthen my sketching, communication, and design skills. Working under Dr. Balkrishna Doshi to curate his architecture exhibition at the Shenzhen Biennale, and my urban project METSYS was on display at the same. Experiences like these have given me a unique perspective on the profession of architecture, urban design and its possibilities and supplemented my coursework at Syracuse.
