An international real estate corporation has envisioned a multi-story luxury apartment project in Palisades Park which is in a commuting distance from Manhattan. The project is intended to bring a new definition of luxury living to the local community and plan to attract more people to move-in this town. The project is consist of 500-units of different unit types, and proposed 3 levels of parking. It has all the modern amenities, a resident should expect in a luxury living.

The project has been submitted to the municipality for review. It has to go thorugh public hearning as it is porposed in a abandonded industrial lot and need to go through a few zoning variances to be approved.
