Shalini Misra designed the New York apartment inspired to create an interior space that is both warm and familiar to provide a calm and serene space to come home to after a busy day. Shalini Misra achieved this by incorporating materials from international and local New York designers, and studios combining a blend of vintage and contemporary sleek designs. The feeling of light and openness throughout the apartment altered the rooms spaces making them as airy as possible. Creating a feeling of space was achieved by using strong vertical elements, wall mounted pieces, and glass furniture.
