districts be developed to be an inclusive spot for migrants & immigrants?

This will be tested through the c3z+ which will work out on typologies that can train and facilitate multiple uses within same buildings that will encourage the migrants to be a part of.The migrant community hub is designed which is the catalyst project. Here people can work, create, live, learn, manufacture etc.
