Considering the historical aspects of the city of Boyle Heights and its significant Hollenbeck Park this project brings a new opportunity  to relocate the industrial warehouses and to revitalize the LA river. The project consists two parts. The main industrial Building, and the extension of Hollenbeck park. The industrial Block is a dense industrial building which offers 16 million square ft. of industrial wear houses fitting the existing 35 million square ft industries on the west side of Boyle Heights.
