Link Residence

The design path was formed in line with creating a dialogue with the surrounding environment and connection with the city, the main idea was to expand the mass towards the main boulevard and create a gap deep into the volume, a gap that became a wide passage in interaction with the people of the city and the default peripheral commercial wall It became a city pass.

Due to the presence of this passage, the mass was divided into two general volumes and a courtyard was created in the vicinity of the eastern neighbor, vertical alleys with light and natural ventilation in the passage formed the entrance of the units, the common spaces were divided between the floors, access to this The spaces were created through stairs and bridges in the middle space and in the height to form the vertical neighborhood within the project. A vertical neighborhood that meets the diverse needs of residents’ temporary accommodation. A middle space that is full of communication, lighting, movement and spatial diversity and passing through each layer provides a different view and view only for the residents. The residents, along with the people of the city, take advantage of the commercial space so that the building takes a step against an iconic mass and leaves an internal impression on the mind of the general audience with the experience of the space. At the same time, the middle open space along with the middle yards create a possibility for breathing and the passage of moisture from the building. This project is an attempt to break the external rigid boundaries of the construction walls of the Caspian coast projects and change this boundary by inviting the city into the project while preserving the privacy of the residents, a dialogue-oriented space in contrast to common monologues.
