This project included church, chapel, youth
center, and kid’s center. one of the big challenges
was having too many numbers of restrictions and
zoning requirements that we had to follow.for
instance; the site was two separate lands in two
side of a street. we ‘ ve decided to use East site as
parking and save it for future development.based
on the city requirements we needed to have about
400 parking spot , but that was just providing 300
of them, so we descended the West site 7 feet and
built a plateau on 5 feet above ground on top of
the parking which gave us around 100 more spots.
