950 Hough is a new construction multi-family housing project in Lafayette, California. Comprising 21 deluxe residential units and a communal area on the rooftop, the project features a contemporary design that pays homage to the local area’s distinctive character and diverse array of architectural styles. The building facade is elegantly adorned with wood, stucco, and steel hues, imparting a striking visual appeal. The building’s extended form, designed to fit a narrow 332-foot deep parcel, allows for 6,765 square feet of open-air balconies to be distributed throughout the structure, providing ample outdoor space for residents’ personal use.
In my capacity as the Lead Interior Designer, I undertook the responsibility of formulating and refining the unit layouts, design schemes, and selection of materials for the project. I collaborated extensively with our client to craft and finalize the overall aesthetic and ambiance of the building interiors.
