I am a licensed architect in Colombia since October 2015, and I am currently on the Foreign Architect path with NCARB to obtain the certification.

As a member of the design/engineering department, the role includes but is not limited to:
- Creating comprehensive plans for metallic projects within the architecture, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
- Drafting submittal drawings and progressing to fabrication drawings for the shop.
- The position requires gathering and analyzing information from construction drawings for each project to ensure accurate implementation.

PSICOTECTURA represents an academic and professional effort focused on research and continuous exploration of knowledge in psychology that is applicable to architecture and habitat, not only to impact the well-being of the end user, but also to increase the functionality of spaces and ensuring that architecture can make a valuable contribution to the development and enhancement of human life.
As Psicotectura achievements, it is worth highlighting:
- Project support to obtain Legal Permanent Resident. Due to recognize PSICOTECTURA as a project of national interest by the United States government. (2023)
- Speaker at the XVII Latin American Meeting of Design at the University of Palermo (Buenos Aires, Argentina), where we discussed the project "Psycometric Tools for Design of Interior Spaces". (2022)
- Featured on the agenda of the 2021 ANFA SYMPOSIUM (Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture) with the project titled "Adaptive Preferences Found in the Residential Habitat Based on Psychological Traits. (2021).
Ethos Concepto & Habitat, Medellín, CO, Co-founder/ CEO / Principal
ETHOS CONCEPTO Y HÁBITAT S.A.S. emerged as a company project through a partnership with the NOBLE business agencies group owner, with the objective of developing a innovative work and living spaces for Colombia and México. NOBLE Group is a rapidly growing multinational company, made up of several companies (Fino Services LLC, Fino Company S.A.S., TRIIBUU S.A.S.), most dedicated to providing assistance in financial services and insurance in the United States. Was born in 2011, and now has a presence in the United States, Colombia and México. Overall, we designed and successfully built 10 offices spaces projects for the Noble Group companies, as well as a 2 multi-familiar living projects in different cities of Colombia and Chihuahua, México between 2018 and 2020.
As Co founder and CEO the role, the duties involves but not limited:
As Principal Architect, to lead the design department.
Coordinate with all engineers and disciplines involved in the projects .
- To manage all work schedules, budgets and monitor their execution. As well as all department processes, and seek maximum efficiency through constant innovation.
- To attend all situations with external people that a project requires, commercially, legally and politically. Clients, investors, licensing procedures, partners, etc.
- Contribution and connection with the academy, providing mentoring through professional internship students positions in the company.
- The implementation of BIM methodologies for all departments of the company, starting with the use of Revit in the design department, and synchronizing the processes from there with the human resources, construction management, accounting and legal departments. (This led to the formulation of BIM software that was not completed).
“SALAZAR & HERRERA” UNIVERSITY INSTITUTION, Medellín, CO, Project Architect
(IUSH) the Salazar y Herrera University Institution is part of the Salazar y Herrera organization that since 1924 has contributed to the social, cultural and economic development of the region. In 2016, the Habitat Corporate Division was created, in charge of planning, leading and designing under a master plan, the renovation of the organization's 4 campuses. Which involved projects of various uses around the educational purpose.
As an Project Architect, the role included but not limited to:
- Formulate, create and debate the design of projects/concepts based on rigorous research. As well as support research of building code and zoning requirements.
- Coordinate with all the disciplines involved in the project and also performs product research and assist with material selection.
- Design, CAD drafting and 3D Modeling of Cultural, Administrative, Educational and commercial spaces. Producing rendering images as required.
A + U (Urbanists Architects), Medellín, CO, Inspector Architect
A + U is one of the most important and influential urban and public buildings design studios in the city of Medellin. Due to their career, they were chosen by the construction company OHL to be part of the architectural inspection team in the construction of the most important urban transformation megaproject in the city of Medellin, Colombia. In this case, the opportunity to be participate in this project was limited only on the final stage of the construction.
As an Inspector Architect, the role included but not limited to:
- Reviewing the technical specifications during the final construction stage of the urban project PARQUES DEL RIO MEDELLÍN ETÁPA 1.1
- Assessing the actual quantities of construction materials used and evaluating the construction procedures implemented.
- Draft the whole as-built plans of the urbanistic project.
CMJ Architecture, Medellín, CO, Project Architect
CMJ Architecture is a studio dedicated to the design and construction of high-end residential properties in the city of Medellin, Colombia. This includes residential buildings, penthouses, and single-family country homes. Additionally, it was the firm responsible for the construction and design of the extensive expansion of the Brazilian gym brand Smart Fit in Colombia.
As an Architect Designer, the role included but not limited to:
- Assistance in design, Drafting, 3D modeling.
- Scheduling and supervision of construction activities.
- Producing rendering images as required.

A111 Architecture is a desgin and consulting studio focussed in urban regeneration projects, sustentaible and bioclimatic architecture.
As a Junior Architect, the role included but not limited to:
- Assistance in design, supporting within the design department, conducting fieldwork and inspections,
- Proficient in creating 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit models to support project development.
- Producing rendering images as required.
