Sometimes even we get pleasantly surprised when a design comes to life. This particular project was one in which envisioning a two-story, floor to ceiling window view of the ocean was a bit difficult for the client to wrap their head around. One specific area with floor plans which we know can always be a bit of a struggle for non-industry folks, is how to communicate an open area below from a second floor. Our main objective with this project was to build out the main entry area, with 20 foot ceilings, to allow the user to gain a true understanding of the vast open scale by being able to physically walk around in the entry. They enjoyed the experience so much, that we were given the opportunity to build out the rest of the residence really helping sell through what the final design would become. Modern, open, light, and breathtaking are the four words we’d best use to describe this project.
