A 50,000 square feet EIFS cladded, concrete and steel framed building post-litigation repairs project with
a history of water intrusion at the pre-cast concrete panel transition with the EIFS cladding, window
assemblies, low slope roofs and standing seam roofs with a budget of 6.5 million dollars

Additional Credits: Directly involved in the scope determination with University Representatives while coordinating a variety
of consultants involved in the repairs. In charge of the Constructions Documents phase, production and
coordination and management of the Bid Documents.
