Steve's current and past positions have provided me with invaluable experience in all levels of design and construction phases. Since graduating from Roger Williams University with both a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Architecture, Steve has worked with many building types on projects throughout the East Coast. His educational experience was further enhanced with study abroad programs at the Institute at Palazzo Rucellai in Florence, Italy, the Montclair in Siena program, focusing on Italian civilization and the arts, as well Art and Architectural History of Egypt.

Past professional experience specialties have been focused in multi-family housing, learning environments, hospitality, office, retail, and planning. Working as a project manager at JDavis Architects, Steve oversaw 200-300 unit apartment projects from North Carolina to Maryland. Using his experience as a LEED Green Associate, his project at the Wilde Lake Village was a LEED for mid-rise project, focusing on many sustainable practices.

While working in New York at BHC architects, Steve had been a part of projects such as the master planning of Harbor Point in Baltimore, the design and construction of Wit & Wisdom Tavern, LaMill Café, and Pabu restaurants located at the Baltimore Four Seasons Hotel, as well as a modernization of a college library into the SUNY Farmingdale Information Commons. Employment

After a brief departure, I returned as a Project Manager, overseeing several projects at one time. Working with small teams, we collaborated to fully design, draft, and detail multifamily developments comprising of several hundred units and mixed constructions types; including type IIIA, VA, and IB in addition to structured parking garages. Recent projects that I have worked on including the following:
