My name is Sekou Hayes. I graduated from the University of Kansas with an M.Arch degree and currently living in New York. I am on currently acquiring my architectural license from the New York State Board for Architecture having completed 90% of my AXP hours.

- Managed the interiors of a large scale school addition in the Bronx that included creating custom BIM families, scheduling furniture & electrical devices, and detailing certain material applications

- Contributed to the design of multiple storefront/lobby renovations and rooftop additions from schematic design to construction documentation and DOB approval, including creating BIM and SketchUp models, developing renderings for marketing and creating drawings sets in CAD and Revit

- Conducted and produced a myriad of site surveys and presentations for the Landmarks Preservation Committee regarding historic building additions, renovations, and restorations
