As architects, planners, construction managers and cost consultants, we have the ability to change lives through design. We want to use our skills in a socially responsible way, so we have embarked on the journey of creating a not-for-profit Community Interest Company that helps to shelter, rehabilitate, educate, and deploy into the construction industry, homeless people who want to improve their lives. We have pledged to invest at least 30% of our retained group profits year-on-year. Our goal is to help local authorities provide social housing by upskilling the people that need the housing most.
