The SIDAREC Technology and Media Lab, designed by Seattle, Washington-based The Global Studio, gives Mukuru residents a powerful tool to end the cycle of poverty–including access to the Internet, computer and technology training, health clinic services, early childhood development programs, and a community theater. This was a Pro Bono effort produced in collaboration with Architecture for Humanity in 2012.
