SGA completed a design for a 10,000 SF facility aimed at providing general office space as well as additional leaseable space for a Central Pennsylvania technology consulting firm.  The project, intended to be a LEED facility, takes a sustainable approach and includes a ground source heat pump, proper building orientation, recyclable/renewable materials, graywater system, daylighting, lighting control systems, and sliding glass walls that allow the interior to be open to the exterior. The design of the building is intended to make a strong architectural statement for the growing entrepreneurial technology firm.
