A team of students from UW Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning (Efrain Cano, Ryan Guetschow, Joe Stefanich and team leader Jacob G.Jordan) along with Scott Gibbel, Master of Business Administration, UW Madison, are finalists in the 13th annual Urban Land Institute (ULI) Hines Competition, an ideas competition that challenges graduate students to create proposals for the development or redevelopment of a designated site in a U.S. metropolitan area. Faculty advisers were Prof. Harvey Rabinowitz, and Carolyn Esswein, Faculty Associate.
UWM is one of four finalists, the others being University of Maryland and two teams from Harvard.
