Professors in Practice Brian Johnsen and Sebastian Schmaling’s Topo House has received a 2015 American Architecture Award.

The American Architectural Awards program, organized by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and The European Centre for Architecture and Art, is considered one of North America’s most distinguished building awards competition for new and cutting-edge design in the United States.  This year, the Museum received a record number of projects for new buildings, landscape architecture, and urban planning from the most important firms practicing globally.

Winning projects will exhibited this winter in Chicago and Athens.
