Designed by Thomas Phifer and Partners, NY, with McMillan Pazden Smith Architects, Greenville, SC, the net-zero ready building is part of a $30 million dollar expansion and renovation of Rudolph E. Lee Hall, which includes an original 1958 building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With Lee III, Clemson continues a long tradition of modern architecture.
