SCAAA is designing a mixed-use resort complex on a Caribbean island.

A saturated phenomenon – the irrepressible and awe-inspiring sensation that comes unannounced – swept us as we arrived at the site. The underlying premise of design is to embrace this exact feeling, deriving from the breathtaking orchestration of the waterscape, landscape, and sky-scape of the island, via architecturally interpreted assimilation.
