Savino & Miller Design Studio, formed in 1993, provides services in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design and Planning. The Studio consists of a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to improve and transform our open spaces and built environments. We engage the ecological and cultural contexts of the site and community while working towards satisfying our clients’ goals. Our guiding principle is to recognize the unique qualities inherent in each project. Through careful understanding of program, of how people use space, attention to material selection and detail, and spatial composition, we design open space to create an environment that responds to the client’s needs, facilitates social interaction and is in harmony with its surroundings.

Savino & Miller utilizes an interdisciplinary, holistic approach, which integrates the diverse disciplines of Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, and Art, challenging our LEED-certified design team to view each project as a fresh “canvas,” specific to each site and client. Through this process, we are able to provide clients with multi-faceted ideas and solutions. The firm is accomplished in bringing their clients’ projects to fruition with artistry and ecological sensitivity. 

Our diverse portfolio includes an extensive range of projects of different scales and scope, including projects in urban design, streetscape design, green roofs, site and community planning, residential, commercial, hotel/resort, and park design. The firm has been the recipient of many prestigious awards from the American Planning Association, the Florida Natural Grower’s Association, the American Society of Landscape Architecture, and the American Institute of Architects.
