Cityviewis being developed by Westcourte Developers as a rst of its kind mixed used development project aimed directly at the high end luxury market in the city of Bengaluru, perhaps the rst of its kind in the country. This development will have a judicial mix of facilities that cater to the residential market, hospitality sector, retail and commercial enterprise. A development of over 6.5 acres north of the city centre of Bengaluru, this project is going to forge new ground in the city from a qualitative perspective pitching it distincitive levels above any other existing facility.

Role in Project

As a part of the team, I have been involved in various aspects of the
Project. :
•Involved in design development for Four Seasons standards
Based on NFPA and ADA Standards.
•Involved in preparation of Tenders and SMEP Coordination
on SMEP inputs.
•Involved in preparation of Working Drawings including detailing
critical areas such as Back of House Services.
•Working on this Project gave a chance of Working with some of the World Renowned Consultants in Various Field.dealing with Hospitality Sector
•Exposed to innovative ways of dealing with Site Problems, related
to various aspects of building construction & methods.
•Assisted the management for the Project Management issues.
•Worked as per the International Standards for such a scale of Project
