A mixed-use redevelopment project on a 105,000 SF site with Safeway, retail pavilions, a 20,000 sf public plaza, office, fitness, daycare and three market non-market residential towers (tower A-30 stories; tower B-29 stories, tower C-25 stories). To develop an architecture that invokes an idea of ‘public open space’, vertical gardens, and urban agriculture.
