The plan of this duplex house is derived from the shape of the site and its geographic conditions. The project started as a cube, then started shifting in place and size to create pleasant views and light for its residences. The main entrance and circulation of the building, are located in the vertical shaft located on the West side of the building. The South side is thoughtfully constructed out of glass in a manner which prevents the summer sun and embraces the winter sun. There are two units which are divided in a way for both to have the same square footage and views from South and North.
