Pacaya Lodge & Spa is nestled into lush surroundings of Laguna de Apoyo, a picturesque volcanic lagoon overlooking the historic city of Granada and Lake Nicaragua.
The resort’s 26 luxury villas incorporate indigenous architecture using local craftspeople and materials, as well as locally made furniture and art.

Additional Credits: Crafted by Cooper Carry, which provided pro-bono design services, interfaced with local architect Patricia Somarriba to incorporate native architecture, and developed with Opportunity International as a vehicle to transform undeveloped communities in Nicaragua.
