I’m proud to share the successful completion of Solène Marina, a sustainable floating marina presented at the Smart & Sustainable Marina event, organized by Monaco Marina Management. As the lead architect, I collaborated with The Ocean Edition team, led by Rachel A. Zlatar, to bring this visionary project to life.

Solène Marina blends luxury and sustainability in the stunning Calanques de Sormiou, offering a peaceful haven with 360-degree views, natural ventilation, and renewable energy sources. The marina's design prioritizes minimal environmental impact, protecting local ecosystems while fostering a strong sense of community through shared spaces.

Key sustainable features include solar panels, wind turbines, and vertical hydroponic farms, all supporting a self-sustaining, off-grid lifestyle. Solène Marina is a testament to innovative architectural design that harmonizes with nature, advancing the future of coastal living.
