The adaptive reuse of this historic building in downtown Savannah is challenging. The client wishes to bring the essence of Savannah into the building by turning it into 7 stories high boutique hotel, with classic, natural and settle-down atmosphere with some hip touch. As an interior designer, my work involves detail design development, drafting the whole CD set, DD set, and Revision under senior project manager's supervision. Since this is an FF&E oriented project, coordination between the FF&E team is also critical. The project is currently under construction.
