•Demonstrable experience & knowledge producing construction drawings in Revit.
•Experience using Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and G Suite.
•Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes relevant to residential construction.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
•Detail oriented and able to complete projects in a timely manner.
•Adaptable/flexible – able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a professional and positive demeanor.
